Years of real estate and lending in the USA prepared us for the challenges of starting a full service company in Mexico.

We felt there would be some changes north of the border so in 2007 we started our operations south of the border. Having owned property in Puerto Vallarta and loving living here it was simply a great fit. Though not without its challenges in the beginning. Fortunatly we have been blessed with the best people, staff and fabulous clients.

We have grown to become one of the only full service companies in Mexico. Our lending divission is second to none. The real estate side has primaraly been focused as buyers agency, but dont mistake we do take listings and have a lot of great listings, they have to make sense.

We may not represent all developments and that would be for a reason. We must feel 100% sure regarding completion, the timelyness and future upside potential of project.
